One on One Training

Personal fitness training is all about your needs and goals. Our head trainer, Geoff Lawrence will work with you to design a fitness program suited to your needs and fitness goals.

Whether you are working towards fitness goals, personal health or just chasing that beach body, we can help you make it happen

 


Small Group Sessions

Have a group of friends with common goals in mind? Los Gatos Locos can build a fitness program around your group with a time slot that works for everyone.

Fitness training can be a fun and exciting experience when your surrounded by your friends all working along the same path. Help each other reach those goals with Los Gatos Locos.


Ladies Only Classes

Our ladies only classes are a fun and friendly high-energy work out session, limited to about 5 people. This small group session creates a positive, judgment free environment  with lots of one on one time.

Classes include boxing skills, resistance training, core work as well as strength and cardio conditioning. Optional sparring can be incorporated also, based on your comfort.
